I'm replaying the Pokemon series.
Should I play Emerald over ORAS? I don't care for a post-game, by the way, so what does it have other than that?

Then play ORAS. Dexnav and soaring make it worth.

Emerald is definitely one of the all time greats, but it's aged.

ORAS has a better story, more Pokemon to use if you go out of your way to right before the eighth gym, and the Sea Routes are more fleshed out

Emerald has a lot more double battles, is somewhat harder, and has more dungeons

Just play ORAS for the legendary farming. Emerald has like 3 non post game additions and the one worth caring about is a little cutscene easily watchable on Youtube.
