If you're not just pretending to be retarded, the DS games were solely released on cartridges that had a fixed size. Platinum wasn't exactly 128mb, it would have been less than that. It's the same with Black/White. The 3DS games let you download them digitally, which means that we know the exact file size of the game. Also BW would have overwritten a significant portion of Platinum's data since it was a completely new region. USUM is just SM with bits added on, which means pretty much all of the original data would be kept intact. So comparing filesizes isn't exactly a stupid way of comparing the amount of added content. As a comparison, Emerald is notable for having a lot less free space in its ROM compared to RS and FRLG in the romhacking community, Platinum's cartridge had twice the capacity of DP's cartridge and BW2 had twice the capacity of BW's cartridge.
