If Assembly did have a signature move, they would've probably shown it alongside Burst's Mind Blown. So I highly doubt it'll get a new move.

It's kind of strange. I can see Accelerock eventually be spread around to things like the 3 Rock/Flying lines, but Mind Blown is probably the most highly specific move yet, trumping even Anchor Shot. It actually has me a bit worried that they didn't give Burst the standard Special Fire moves like Flamethrower/Fire Blast.
