Nigga do you even play OU? Toxapex runs Recover, Haze, Scald and Toxic Spikes. It barely ever even uses toxic, much less Protect/Baneful Bunker.
Also, Bunker is worse than prtect because you never want to do regular poison on anything. Whatever you can't toxic, you scald, such as bravebirbs

But all of them are good, except guzzlord which I actually just forgot about him. Nihilego makes for a good suicide lead or choice user, and buzzwole has multiple viable sets. The only other questionable one is xurkitee, but mostly because of a shtty moveset that can potentially be fixed in the newer games.

Yes, there is. Because Gamefreak in it's retarded sense of balancing, only balances for Double Battles when making Pokemon now. In the eyes of Gamefreak, stuff like Greninja, Toxapex, and Magerna aren't any more broken or strong than other Pokemon.

people do still use buzzwole and nihilego though. They have just been pushed down because of common threats that make them not as useful. It's like volcarona, volcarona was BL last gen but is OU this gen. Why? Because the main threat that kept it from being OU was talonflame, and talonflame was everywhere. Now that it's gone it has more room to shine since it's hard counter is no longer useful.

Actually, no physical Z-moves in OU can do a clean KO, you're literally saying that Physical Z-moves cannot do a clean KO to Toxapex.

Still, 82.8 - 98% damage, ... guaranteed 2HKO (with 68% chance of OHKO after Stealth Rock), it is indeed a huge damn dent.

not really, Toxapex fucks Archeops' shit up with one scald (not to mention the chance of burn further fucking it up), and then just switch out and regenerate the health back. The only chance it'll take Toxapex out is with sneaky pebbles switch in but even then it's not guaranteed and can still be worked around. Good effort though.

Still what worries me is that the huge dent made by Archeops makes Toxapex open to revenge killing, as Toxapex might be at less than 1/3 health after Regenerator.

Archeops effort wasn't in vain either, it renders Toxapex's Toxic Spikes setup impossible, and makes Archeops' Stealth Rock setup possible if Toxapex's switches out after Scald.

Stall used Duggy to basically remove the best mon on the opponents team leaving him with mons that have a hard time breaking the rest.

Mons like Diancie, Heatran etc that can handle stall pretty good on their own can now be played without constantly doubling around to avoid Dugtrio
