Create a new Signature move or ability for a pokemon that doesn't have either.

I'll start, this one's for Normal Muk...
New Ability: Contamination
Effect: All of this Pokemon's poison attacks deal super-effective damage against Water Types. In addition their secondary effects have double the chance of occurring.

The pokemon recovers 30% of its HP at the end of every turn, and looses its flying typing after it moves each turn. Lasts until switched out.

>Shell Bolster
Normal, Status.
-2 Spe, +2 to both defenses.
Based on its 'dex entry.

Kabutops and Mega-Garchomp:

The pokemon's moves with a High Crit ratio, or "Claw" moves deal 1.3/1.5 x damage. (Not sure if 1.5 would be broken.)

Every time Primeape is attacked while using Unyielding Rage, it gains +2 attack. If locked into Unyielding Rage, when Primeape faints, it uses Unyielding Rage one more time before it faints.

Mesprit faints. The target can no longer receive orders, and acts randomly every round until the end of the battle. It can still be recalled and such.

Azelf faints. The opposing pokemon looses all PP for all of its moves.

Uxie

Uxie Faints. All opposing pokemon are now confused, and this confusion does not wear off for the rest of the battle. In a double battle, the pokemon has a 30% chance of striking its partner in confusion (Leaving only a 40% chance for acting normally).

Realistically, I don't think any of them would make it to Ubers.
They only shut down one mon, and can't do it if they get OHKO'd, making them useless if a sweep is happening.
Tue, Azelf might make a splash by absolutely buttfucking stall, but as do many such things, I imagine Stall could use it even more effectively.

Realized this might be confusing. It only affects pokemon out on the field, but effects both in doubles.
