>>33813880>If you put all available exp on one character in a game balanced around you using six, then that one character is inevitably going to end up overlevelled as fuck and blow the whole game to shit.Which is how you know a game is woefully easy. In RPGs that allow you to solo with one character, aside from Pokemon, the game becomes significantly harder due to the fact you're limiting the skills available to you and can't make use of buffs, debuffs, weakesses etc that may only be available to other units not to mention more than one enemy can appear at a time.
In other words even if you soloed the additional exp wouldn't make much of a difference because you're at a severe disadvantage in every other area.
Pokemon now.
Pokemon basically puts every ball in your court.
Weak to your opponent? They'll rarely use SE moves
Need to exploit a weakness? Every type has more than one weakness and every mon can use more than one type.
Buffs and debuffs don't matter much either.
You get the picture, basically short of using a Pokemon that only knows one move like Unown you're not going to have a hard time with a Pokemon game.
I mean, SM doesn't even give regular trainers more than two Pokemon at a time.
