it's actually supposed to just be onomatopoeia for their roars but Zekrom's in Black could literally be translated as "it's shocking" so the localizers thought it was N talking, translated Black's literally, made White's "gibberish" involving a word for "burning" a reference with "burn" in it to stay quirky, and called it good, because TPCi's localizers had no clue what they were doing until XY
personally I prefer it this way
