>>33816757Yeah, but that has more to do with the levels and the fact that Alakazam was broken as fuck in Gen 1. The movesets were pathetic. Piedgeot with Wing Attack (30 fucking BP in Gen 1) and Whirlwind (which does nothing in Trainer battles in Gen 1), Arcanine with Ember and Roar (also does nothing in trainer battles and he fucking tries to use it), Exeggcutor with Barrage and Stomp and no STAB, fucking Rydon with Leer and Tail Whip and also no STAB, etc. At least Glacia has decent STAB moves on all of her pokemon and some attempt at coverage. Plus, that Alakazam isn't so tough if you have anyone with a physical attack. Hell, last time I took it down with Farfetch'd.
