I'm building for Battle Spot Doubles right now. All I know is that I want to use a Raichu.
I have PkHex open right now but am still deciding on a set, I'm not sure if going Hasty is worth it so Fake Out and possibly Nuzzle aren't gimped too much. I realize that they're not for damage but each point counts I guess. It's not like Raichu is surviving Physical moves anyway, right?
