Music is a very powerful thing.
Pretty sure PMD's ending made people cry solely because of the choice in music. It's hardly emotional at all if you play it without sound on.

I don't think I cried, but it was a suprisingly strong scene, especially with how lackluster the rest of XY was. Gamefreak pulling off body language that subtle was very unexpected.

My eyes definitely welled up playing Y for the first time, that scene with the Fletchling flying through the window was really something. Happy tears though.

Seeing all the Pokémon i caught in the meanwhile made me cry like a bitch. Expecially when shows your starter as the last one since when I finished the game for the first time I sacrificed my copy of the game to begin the game over and over to help a friend of mine with having all 3 starters and so my actual starter was a level 15 Numel that kept disobeying me until the sixth badge.
