Legendaries are the 'currency' of Pokemon trading. If mutiple save files exist, I could have 3 Lunala/9 Kartana/3 Type Nulls.

GF wont do it if Pokemon trading is to be a thing

If GF were to do this I would absolutely expect them to hash every single box slot of every save slot on every save. So 50s+ per save.

Pokemon Bank exists. There's nothing stopping a player from transfering all their legendaries to Bank and starting a new save file.

This is what the entire thread sounds like. If you don't care about multiple save files that's alright but don't pretend GF obviously still sticking to their jew schemes so they can bait people into buying multiple copies of the same game is anything worth defending.

If any series but Pokemon still did this people would complain but they get a free pass.

They will even find a way so you can't have several save files on the Switch games.

Because something want to play on their system without going through extra shit. Why is it a problem for Gamefreak to add at least one extra save file when it shouldn't be hard at all? Why do fanboys always flip the script on the fans when asking for something as simple as an extra save file? As if Gamefreak couldn't be assed to put one in? Do you expect so little of Gamefreak?
