We've gotten artificial Pokémon in pretty much every Gen.
Gen 1: Voltorb, Electrode, Porygon, Mewtwo
Gen 2: Proygon2
Gen 3: Shuppet, Banette, Castform, Baltoy, Claydol
Gen 4: Porygon-Z
Gen 5: Golett, Golurk, Trubbish, Garbodor, Genesect
Gen 6: WOW
Gen 7: Type: Null, Silvally, Magearna.

Anyways, Silvally is my favourite Artificial Legendary, and Castform is my favourite Artificial Non-Legendary.

Banette's a bit tricky. However, there is direct evidence that Banette is simply a doll, and not a spirit.

So is it directly a doll that ambiguously turned into a Pokémon? Or is it just energy inside of one? The answer is unclear, but I figured I add it anyways.

I'd assume Voltorb/Electrode are artificial.

Also Ditto if the Mew thing is true, and Gamefreak have purposely alluded to it due to the popularity of the fan theory.
