Plan out the character as a stick figure before drawing it, that will help the different body parts actually align with each other instead of looking this lopsided.

Cutting off at the feet is a crutch. Not as bad as hiding the hands, but in principle limiting what you want to draw will only hurt you.

The face on the first one looks a little squashed or something and the hands look kinda big. It's pretty decent though anon, just keep at it and you'll get better

it's cute but she's a bit wonky/stiff looking, which suggests construction issues
you should try drawing her in a scene or interacting with another character, someone just standing still can be boring to look at sometimes
