If it's not babysitting Groudon and Kyogre then it's up in the high atmosphere zapping aliens and eating meteors. And it does both so efficiently that most people forget its even up there and just live in peace.
The only other legendary that consistent is Giratina and that's because it can't manufacture the energy to give a fuck and stays in its own dimension.
