No Halloween stuff where I live, stores already moved on to Christmas stuff.
Kind of sad, but at least there won't be any annoying kids this year.

If it is it's purely because kids don't give a fuck anymore. Stores will do what is more profitable, and if kids aren't begging their parents to take them to Walmart to shop for an expensive costume, why bother stocking them if a much more profitable holiday is around the corner? Maybe candy just isn't that popular anymore.

Candy is popular, but if you're looking for a costume you either go to one of the Halloween-only stores that pop up during the season, or you make it yourself. You'll still see tons and tons of candy on sale in regular stores, and some amount of decorations.

I never really liked Halloween honestly. I mean, I love how it ties in with autumn's thing where all of the trees die and I love all of the orangey colors of Halloween, but I find ghosts and horror things so, so so boring. I couldn't ever understand fully why people love Halloween so much either because it's practically nothing but candy and trying to be scary.

Not a fan of Ghost types either, but have a spooky image of a Ghost type anyway.

I mean, the property in my neighborhood is pretty large, and as such, it's so difficult to traverse so we barely get trick or treaters. Hell, the majority of houses in my neighborhood just put out a bowl for the few who do make the trek, and most people are done before 9pm--at which time I just go outside and take all the bowls, since they're at houses who had Trump signs.
