If you want mods to actually act on something, make constructive criticisms and if there are enough anons in agreement with a notion, set up a poll to gauge /vp/ sentiment about what they want to see from mods, e.g. ban starter insulting/starterwars. Unless it conflicts with something else, there's a strong chance they'll take it on.
