It's a chimeric creature; the combination of a blue dragon and an orca. Really, we need more chimeric Pokémon like Scyther and the Nidorans.

We need more Shark Pokemon. Sharpedo fills the role of a generic shark pokemon, and I guess Garchomp fills the Hammerhead role, but there are other shark types that could be pretty interesting.

- Great White Shark (Just so we can have a standard shark with more than half a body).
