I used Incineroar and Drampa in Moon, the latter was pretty horrible and inconvenient so I'm up for giving this guy a try.

I only use new Pokemon so I'm just gonna go with the flow for this one, avoiding stuff I used in Moon (Midnight Lycanroc, Comfey, Salandit,Golisopod)

then again there's like five new mons and this game at least 25 Ultra Beast so maybe I might as well say fuck it

Not sure what I want for the last two slots. I'd like to have another mon early on in-case Rockruff still isn't available until the end of the first island. Maybe Alolan Muk or Toucannon.
Also considering another Moon exclusive, maybe Oranguru or Alolan Sandslash.
I'd like Alolan Exeggutor, Kommo-o, or Mimikyu, but those are all late-game.

My team for Moon was Decidueye, Lycanroc-Midnight, Mudsdale, Alolan Muk, Alolan Sandslash, and Bewear.
I might change Incineroar to Decidueye, but I kind of want to use a different starter than I did in Moon. If I change to Decidueye, though, I'm not sure what I'll replace Trevenant with.
I also really want to replace Lucario, but I'm not a fan of any of the Fighting-types currently available in Alola besides Passimian, and that's exclusive to Sun. Vikavolt is also up for changing.

I went Mono-Grass and really enjoyed that shit. I'd recommend Gogoat a ton; not too slow but it fucking takes hits for days. 100/97 offenses aren't that shabby either.

I'm planning to buy US.

I guess I'll try to play Houndoom as my main Pokémon, like a starter (might be a good duo with Rival's Incineroar). I really like it but I didn't play him since G2.

I was planning to use a Sandygast in my first run of Moon, same for Dhelmise, but I didn't. I'll try to have them this time.
Also I've got a Shiny Slowpoke waiting in my PokéBank.
I'd like to have at least one UB in my team, so I hope we'll be able to catch one in early/mid game.

Of course this is subject to change depending on what the USUM expansion dex brings, only really want to use Torterra and Alolan Marowak, since I really like both but never used either. I used Golisopod a lot, but it's so fun I really want to try it again.
Salamence to be my Mega, Electivire and Alolan Sandslash are the most likely ones to change, especially A-Sandslash because I'm laying Ultra Sun
