I don't play Smogon but I know that it fucks it up. It's already extremely versatile as it is, though it might make it develop a case of four MSS.

VGC it changes nothing since entry hazards are a joke in VGC.

On the topic of Lando-T. I fucking hate it, but it's not overpowered. Is it over saturated? Yea. It literally dominates Singles and Doubles (except when it gets banned in VGC) but it's countered by bulky waters and since every good team has a bulky water I don't think it's that bad.

I just want Clefable to learn Defog, it even has those little wings to support it learning the move.
A hazard remover that can't be harmed by hazard and have reliable recovery, it'll send every other hazard remover packing

That would make Lando-T a lot more manageable actually. What makes it borderline broken is the amount of offensive pressure it can put, while having very safe switch-ins against most of the tier.

Defog, much like Rapid Spin, kills your momentum and forces you to carry one less coverage move on your Lando-T, therefore reducing its offensive pressure.

As for OP, well A lot of teams won’t need a dedicated Defogger now, Latios would be relieved of a moveslot thanks to that on teams with Lando, Zapdos too. I honestly just see Lando becoming near mandatory for teams due to that.
