>>33885028I've thought for a while that an ability (called "Tool User" or something) that lets mons with particular intelligence use man-made items would be a good idea. Revives are a no-go because it can't revive itself while KO'd, but stuff like Full Restore might be a decent choice, or even something like an X Attack. There would have to be rules for how it was implemented, but I could see Oranguru, Alakazam, Slowking, Honchkrow, Octillery, and maybe a couple others having it.
