-add either Normal or Dark typing

Chesnaught, and its line, get +30 in both defenses, and have Spiky Shield be an ability, instead of a move. It now simply lowers opponent attack by 1 if they hit Chesnaught and co. by a physical, contacting move.

Kind of similar to an idea I had for an Alolan Sunflora:

Grass/Fire
Solar Power/Chlorophyll/(Drought)
75/15/80/109/85/50 (No change to BST, just re-arranged.)

Add Ember, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Fire Spin, Incinerate, Inferno, Flame Burst, and MAYBE Burn Up to level up/TM/Egg/Tutor Move list.

Secondary ability is now Intimidate (prev. nothing).
+10 to HP and Attack.
Mirror Move now uses moves at x1.5 power.

I see little need to tamper with the Eeveelutions' stats considering their BST, but I will add new Abilities and moves to them.

Since Eevee has two primary Abilities, why not add another Ability to each of its' evolutions?
