Pure Dragon
Ability gives it stab for fire, electric and ice type moves and if thats too much just a 30% boost to moves of those types.
also if tri attack on it did damage from all tree types that would be cool

Typing and stat wise that is pretty much what I had in mind. Ability is similar but ability wise I was thinking something more along the lines of a Turbo Protean but it only works with dragon, fire, ice, and electric. That's not a great description though and you did explain your idea better.
