Just got back from GameStop and they didn't receive their code cards. They apparently got an email saying they will receive them "by October 29th." However, after they called a few stores in the area (that ALL didn't receive their code cards), they were able to find out the SKU# and generate 2 codes for me on a receipt they printed out. So, if any of you go out and plan to get code cards, and they give you bullshit like they don't have em or whatnot, be sure to ask if they can generate you codes. I realize you can inject and whatever, but hope this helps.
