I've been seeing claims that there are more leaks that say Archie/Maxie are versions exclusive and that Lysandre is a zombie. Is any of that true?

I'm totally expecting this but I don't want it to happen. Damn GF already teased us with that bit about them "working on the same team" in the past and they barely interact in their games in ORAS.

Same here. I would be surprised if they were version exclusive, but I don't want that to be the case. Let them interact in USUM since it didn't happen much in ORAS. It would be cool to see them working together.
