Bulbasaur in Gen1 was broken af it doesn't need a full team to crush the whole game thanks to its broken Razor Leaf, Toxic glitch and the single high Special stats.

But Get a Graveler/Golem and teach it Ground and Rock moves for Koga, Blaine and Agatha. Though if you solo'd the game until you reach them with it it will be overleveled enough to defeat them alone.

Also Farfetch'd/Kingler are your best HM slave.

Don't get Raichu. Use electrode because it's the fastest Pokemon in gen one meaning it will land crits left and right

That's where Lapras or Dewgong come in. They both have Jynx's 95 base Special but they have better HP, ATT and DEF. And a Speed base stat of 60 or 70 is not that slow.

If you're using physical attacks with either of them, you're a retard. Saying that Hypno having a BST higher by 5 means nothing.
