I don't know the numbers exactly, but wobuffet used to be able to encore a pokemon into a move and then switch out to a perfect counter, now by the time wobuffet does its thing and switches out, the other pokemon has just about finished maxing out its boosts with swords dance, and encore wears off in time for the counter to switch in
