The character design. I could buy it and use it in whatever I want now because I own it. Maybe I'm making some Pokemon ripoff mobile app or something, and I want to legally own someone else's character design.

I remember there was a browser game called Monster Farm or something that basically bought out DeviantArt designs by the bulk and tried to make money being the next Neopets but flopped hard.
