What are the others currently in? Probably one above that. The other two have 115 Atk, so that seems like a given. I also assume it will mix a bit of the other stats, so slightly bulkier than Midday, and slightly faster than Midnight. If it's at least 102 Speed, then that's solid.
Tough Claws is by far the best ability of the three. It turns Accelerock into Rock E-Speed, boosts Fire/Thunder Fang to respectable levels, and other moves as well like Sucker Punch.
Even if it only had 92/97 Speed, it's still decent. Pretty fast for a Rock type, and boosted Priority moves.

RU at best, but most likely PU, It's still just a rock type, The only rock type above RU that's not a sub-legend or a mega is normal tyranitar, and that thing has a lot more going for it

It depends on one thing:Will it get a movepool expansion?

If it gets EQ(or even better,Drill Run) it will be UU or even low tier OU.If it has the same shitty movepool of normal Lycanroc,NU.

Rock typing does not make a pokemon good, in fact it's usually detrimental
ttar's claim to fame is his dark typing, ability and movepool, STAB stone edge and the sandstorm boost are about the only benefits it gains from it's rock typing

It'll be in PU no matter what, or at least NU at best, in RU it face competition from the likes of normal aerodactyl and rhyperior... and unless they give it ridiculous stats, I'd prefer aero

It has Swords Dance, priority and its Z-Move (Even though the side effect is quite useless) to set it appart from these two. 115/112 are already good stats for a sweeper.
It won't be top tier mo , but it's still salvageable with a few fix in its movepool.

Z-move requires it to be OU to be more useful than just normal Z-stone edge, which is never happening unless they go complete retard with its stats.
While tough claws + accelrock is definitely nice, it's a 50ish bp move with tough claws. it comes down to speed tier and how hard it hits, which assuming they don't buff it's attack past 120, is still close enough to Aerodactyl that speed becomes more important

Also in game I saw footage of it getting easily out sped by Dusck main Necrozma. I'm not sure if the new forms are made to be faster or something, because to me, if I put armor on a pokemon it's not going to get faster. And on top of that, there is a big speed gap between Lycanrock midday and a Sogaleo and Necrozma. So does this mean that midnights main does slow him down a little to the point where 97 or 79 base speed is matchable. Or does their speed get boosted to 100 or 110 at the same time Dusck speed gets reduced to 100 or 110 something.
