A Semi-Pseudo Legend (or pseudo-pseudo legend as I've heard it called) is a category of mons that are commonly mistaken for Pseudo legends and sometimes even actual legendaires.
So a Semi-Pseudo Legend is a fanmade term for people's misconceptions of what falls under the category of another fanmade term with no objective criteria. It's absolutely retarded and doesn't actual exist as far as a pattern GF follows.
