Its way too tongue in cheek openly mentioning that they are studying a part of France, when they have openly tried to hide that their trips have been for other things. So yeah, "Studying" france again, right before a major trailer in the same timeframe as PGW. They already did the research, and its been implemented in USUM already, this is just trolling and teasing of the Nth Dimension.
