Each gen leaves clues for the gen that follows e.g. the tiki head. I believe Zygarde is in Alola as a hint that we are going back to Kalos for the switch. It would be easier and quicker to get a sequel out on Seitch then a whole new gen. and the colours of 100% Zygardes cores... big clue maybe linking the games.
