Just got this game last week guys, have no nostalgic connection to RS and I only completed Emerald once (was replaying it recently and had just beaten the electric gym when I stopped).

I complained about no BF too, until I realized I only played the gen III and IV BF once.

Only things I really miss are more rematches. Gym leaders (I wonder if they felt they had to give every leader their own unique Mega so they didn't include it), Littleroot rival, Zinnia, the leader and admins of the version's evil team. And more Pokemon you can catch would've been nice too, I estimate there aren't even 450 Pokemon you can obtain in Hoenn without trading, which has to do with XY having a huge dex.

A lot of them are nitpicks with many of them being not true. He calls the Dex nav repetitive but thats dumb as hell. If you could just find any Pokemon you want by a single touh, there would be no point to the game. The dexnav is there for you to catch more powerful versions of Pokemon you have already caught.
