>>33936953Find a fiduciary and invest maybe 10k of it. It's only a small amount at first, but depending on what risk level you invest in, it might pay back pretty decently. I'm looking into the same thing at the moment. Also, I hope your checking account pays interest, otherwise move it to savings or find a halfway-decent CD if you don't plan on dipping into it anytime soon. (CD rates are what savings rates used to be like, these days...)
