Like the name implies, you just make a move.

Hard mode: It has to not be broken.

The Ghost poke would dissapear and the move list would switch to the possessed target in the next turn, after a move is used it reappears at the end.

The Pokemon being switched could cancel this move so it's very specific, would have to be used with another poke that knows a trapping move to be effective or else it's just a deluxe Roar.

The move would not be affected by Intimidate etc. attack lowering things but would be affected by Eviolite, so something like Eviolite max Def Onix would be pretty funny as it would do 75% to max def Blissey while having ridiculous physical defense.

pure recovery like recover or softboiled fail as priority in psychic terrain does, moves like horn leech, drain puch, giga drain, still do damage but don't heal the user. healiing from items is deactivated too

Basically gating the generic 120BP type-specific cookie cutter move with a new gimmick that prevents spam. Consecutive uses fail like if your pokemon has been afflicted with torment.
