Do you think these will get released on the 3DS e-shop next year?
Reasons why I think they will:
>If the Switch game isn't ready it gives them something to fill the gap
>Even if the Switch game does make it for Fall 2018, TPC would still like to have a 3DS game for people who don't have a Switch considering how much bigger the install base will be
>It's easy money
Reasons why I think they wont:
>Without FR/LG and the Colosseum games it's impossible to complete the pokédex
>GBA support in the 3DS e-shop has never "officially" existed (the only games that do exist are exclusive to the Ambassador Program)
>One of the reasons R/B/Y/G/S got released was to finally make them compatible with the current ecosystem. The original R/S already have that compatibility (but you have to jump through hoops to get pokémon from those games to the current ones)
