Upside down 3DS is dumb but specific overworld conditions are good. They're like evolution at specific places (Icy/Moss rocks, Mt. Coronet etc) but more manageable and less creatively limiting between generations.

Would be better if you could actually influence weather on your own by using a weather move in the overworld but whatever, GF don't like to do actually cool stuff, just dumb bullshit.

It's really just the town and city music that's solid. It has some of the worst battles theme in the series with the wild battle theme being passable at best and the gym leader theme being atrocious.
