An auto trick room ability would ruin any meta it was allowed in. On a mega dialga, mega fug would have some company in no man's land.

It shouldn't be one color. If Reshiram and Zekrom split from it, logically it would've had both of their characteristics. There's more to their lore than color theory.

There are character and monster designs that pull off having both black and white parts, so I don't see the issue there.
