For the largest dex in the series, it sure was dissapointing how they handled Ash's BW team. How would you change it? I would do something like:

Oshawott was unfortunately cursed with the role of comic relief, thus was kept unevolved. I would make its character arc be about how it should always know when to take things seriously or something, and this in turn leads it to evolving.
>Snivy
I would like to evolve Snivy into Serperior, but keep it unevolved for uniqueness sake. While I'm not a fan of the concept, it'd be perfect for the "evolving doesn't always make you strong" theme
>Braviary
Tbh I have no problem with Unfezant, but I think Braviary would've been the better flyer for Ash
>Scrafty
Evolve Scraggy just because

I could see Ash owning one.
