>>33956266Have you ever played an MMO? Firstly, it would be a fucking console MMO. Though, I guess the lack of buttons wouldn't be too bad for pokemon. Secondly, it would likely be subscription based, and that is on top of the Switch's paid online. There's also the fact that there absolutely would be a cash shop. Lastly, the PSS already does everything you'd want an MMO to except have a chat box, and a chat box in a Nintendo game would 100% be either heavily filtered or you could only communicate in preset, unchangeable macros.
Please direct your attention towards PokeMMO. I played it for some time, and something I noticed was that it was just the game but with a chat box. So long as we have the PSS (god rest its soul) we will never need a proper pokemon MMO.
