There's no information about what will be in that trailer, so everything you hear is pure speculation. Probably good guesses are it will at least have Team Rocket and Mimikyu Z moves because those have been revealed but aren't in any trailers yet.
Some people are hyped because this is the first time this season that GF have announced the date of a trailer in advance (to my knowledge).
My GUESS (neither of my parents work for Gamefreak) is that this may be the main trailer for the game, given the timing. But that doesn't necessarily mean there will be much new content in it.
