So I get that TPCi is owned by Gamefreak, Nintendo, and Creatures but what exactly the fuck does Creatures do?

They make all the pokemon models. GF does the humans.

They created the models for the Pokemon used in Gen 6 and 7, and helped out in some spin-off games.

Gamefreak doesn't own Pokemon company. Nintendo does.
