I have 2 modest A-Vulpix
Vuplix 1 has higher sp att and better sp def, Vulpix 2 has higher speed and def. Both have the same hp.
Which should I go with?

Ninetales is fast enough that speed probably won't be an issue. I'd go with the SpA one because it's kind of weak offensively so it could use the extra points.
