Switch is actually really secure, it uses encryption for everything including firmware checks. It'll eventually be hacked and it'll be kind of soon, but it won't even run Mario Odyssey because it requires newer firmware than the one the exploit is possible, so future games are out of the question unless an exploit is discovered on newer firmware, but then they can just update the firmware and there's literally nothing you can do about it, you'll have to update or stay offlline and not play new releases.
It's similar to what Sony does with their platforms, and anyone with a hacked Vita will tell you newer games just aren't possible to be played on CFW firmware at all, spoofing or bypassing the encryption is impossible.
They're also super serious about banning people since the 3DS era, they just didn't have the backbone to do it outside specific scenarios, now they most certainly will have.
Basically you got BTFO and there's nothing you can do about it. With a huge amount of luck you'll be able to pirate the game but you'll have to stay offline.
