Pidgeot would be happy, and a number of Normal-types may go up a tier.
Megazard Y would probably consider running Blast Burn.
Greninja might consider running Hydro Cannon, especially if it has Battle Bond.
Rhyperior may consider Rock Wrecker, since Rock is an amazing attacking type.

Don't think it would be meta defining, but you would see some more late game versions of the Pokemon listed in the thread

Also special mention for Arceus who has like half a dozen of these attacks and the Necrozma forms which likely keep Prismatic Laser, an attack thats functionally superior in every way

Surprisingly little changes. A few things move around, but nothing too crazy happens. Normal coverage isn't as good as it was in Gen I, and more Pokemon have access to strong STABs.
Now, make critical hit rates work like they did in Gen I and suddenly Barbaracle is taking names in OU.
