I love Johto, I know it's empty and Ingame it's level curve it's a shit, but I played Crystal when I was 8 years old and that place it's like my home to me. Replaying Crystal right now and I am feeling the same. Does somebody else here likes Johto this much? When hoenn came out I thought it was going to be my favorite, then I revisited it in OTRAS and it felt dull.

Johto strikes me as quality over quantity, there are many cool places to visit but the region feels more compact compared to others

I actually have a hard time enjoying any johto game, and even prefer crystal to HGSS, dont know why

ORAS i like it, may be as much as Emerald, still none of these is my fave
