Red, Leaf, Ethan, Kris, Lyra, Hilbert, Hilda, Nate, and Rosa should all still be alive.
Brendan and May are probably dead.
Lucas, Dawn, Calem, and Serena are definitely dead.

Did Flare's hidden base act as an ark? The only place safe from the super weapon? If so, Calem and Serena could be alive. Depends whether or not Lysandre would kill them personally.

It'd honestly be more fucked up if he didn't. In his new world they'd be pariahs. They leave the base knowing they failed, a strange, lingering scent in the air, like the ozone of a lightning strike and walk through dead towns till they made their way back home, finding their mother slumped over the table.

Oh yeah I forgot about that.

Doesn't seem like it would fit his character imo. Guess that means the only protags that are undeniably dead are Lucas and Dawn.
