lore/dex ideas: in response to the bulkier, more resilient native equine, Mudsdale, the Rapidash line have relearned their long lost ability of flight, allowing them to escape to the skies from ground-based attacks. The new Alolan Rapidash can be found in multiple herds across the main islands thanks to their flying capabilities.

Tourists have sighted these majestic beasts in flight and have dubbed them the Pegasus, named after an old fairytale creature that was believed to be a Rapidash capable of flight.

Meant to add, gets wider movepool to include Play Rough, Fairy Wind, Dazzling Gleam, Aerial Ace, Air Slash, Roost, Tailwind, and Defog. High Horsepower as egg move.

Poison Jab and Megahorn become egg moves instead of being learnable normally.

You can't just add stats, dude - if you increase any, you have to deduct from others to keep the BST the same. That's how the Alolan Pokemon work.

A new evolution for Slowpoke would be kinda fun, especially since they quite plentiful in Alola. A couple of ideas I had:
