Also why is Regigigas exclusive to Moon? It'd make more sense for you to get Regigigas if you had the other three Regi in your party. Cresselia should have been Heatran's version counterpart. It is the fucking moon Pokemon for Christ's sake.

With that said though, the majority of the exclusive Legendaries in Ultra Sun are better than their UM counterparts.

Yes it is, it's still coded as a mythical, was still banned from VGC when ORAS born legends were allowed. The ORAS one also has the fateful encounter tag.

Deoxys has never been a Legendary Pokemon. It was always classified as Mythical. Even when it was available in game in ORAS, Deoxys still had that "fateful encounter" flag that Mythicals caught in game have.

Furthermore, the English website specifically mentions all Legendaries from the past are available in USUM. Deoxys isn't included; therefore it is not Legendary. It and the other Mythical mons aren't available.

That's why you get thankful that bank will have quick compatibility with enhanced editions. Just bank everything and restart before Lycarrot stops being available on wi-fi.
