This time, more than any other, hurt when Ash lost. Mostly because Ash was in his fucking prime this time around. Beat the Talonflame it went up against as a Fletchling, beat Korrina's Kamehameha Machoke, Ramo's Jumpluff, Valerie's Sylveon, Trevor's Charmeleon (same ep as Moltres), beat the two Meowstics alongside Frogadier in Olympia's gym, Wulfric's Avalugg, and Shota's Slaking.
