Nothing can be done with the preload until launch, so stop fucking asking. The preload will not launch without the correct seed. The seed cannot be cracked, full stop. The leak will come from a retail physical cart copy, or less likely, from a review copy. We don't know when exactly the retail copies will be sent to stores yet.
Anyone can print out the USUM boxart and insert it into a 3DS box. Anyone can print out a fake USUM sticker and stick it onto a 3DS cartridge. Almost anyone smart enough can dump the preload and fake a cia file.
Solid proof that someone has the game will be if someone can post screenshots with timestamps of them dumping the game from cart with the correct title IDs (00040000001B5000 for US, 00040000001B5100 for UM). The real proof will be who can post screenshots of the games with timestamps of stuff that is obviously not from any trailer we've seen so far.
As a rule of thumb, if the leaker doesn't post evidence during the first 10 min (something that we haven't seen) then ignore inmediatly or report because they killed a thread in a boring attempt of making another "leak".
Until then, just wait patiently and stop chimping out over every single person who claims to have the game.
